Getting Cold up here
We’ve been well below freezing for quite a few weeks now up here and I’ve forgot to take in my waterborne glues and paints from the barn. The Golden Acrylics are all protected for at least 5 freeze thaw cycles, but eventually the regular thawing and freezing will coagulate the acrylic making it into a cottage cheese consistancy. I’m sure good for some work, but typically pretty nasty stuff. So remember to take your paints out of the cold! I’ve got some moving to do this weekend……

I am glad you made Down to Miami to thaw for a wile. It was great meeting you and your Team last weakened. Golden has always bean my top choice in acrylic paint and mediums it was an honer to get to talk with you and thank for your incuraging words. Hopefully I will see you next year in sunny Miami or maybe in wind Chicago were I reside

Dear Allen, great to see you and your partners at Verge. It was wonderful to see your work. We were all exhausted by the end of the weekend, but I think it was truly worth it for everyone. 4 non-stop days of looking and talking about art with folks I really enjoy being with. My Golden paints/mediums have just withstood two of our coldest winters for many years in my attic /studio, with temps way below freezing for periods of many weeks. (Too cold for me to work in !)
When thawed they performed as usual . Very impressive.

Our studio is in the Rocky Mountain, Breckenridge, 11,000 feet. I can tell you without any doubts the paints will thaw well over 5 times and not loose any consistancy. Thanks for such great paints. Robert
