Stacy A Phillips Biography Stacy Phillips was born in Northern California then proceeded to move with her family across the United States for the next twenty years. She landed in Utah after studying Fine Art in the North East. After graduating with a Fine Arts and Business degree from Keene State College Stacy Owned and operated the Flat Rabbit Gallery in Park City Utah for nine years. Selling the gallery to pursue her own studio practice she has been a full time working artist sense 1993. Being represented across the country she has had several solo and group gallery exhibitions in New York, Utah and California. Stacy currently lives in Salt Lake City and is the Working Artist of Utah for Golden Paints. She maintains a studio at the Poor Yorick Studio’s in South Salt Lake. She is the current Artist in Residence at the Huntsman Cancer Insitiute.

By encouraging artists to observe their processes, we hope to increase awareness and understanding of their needs and present Golden Artist Colors as an inspiration and resource. Together, we will explore new and innovative materials concepts in an open and collaborative atmosphere, as we delve into participants’ questions and curiosities.
