In this relaxed environment, using art journaling; is a way to practice mindfulness while learning or refining and building new skills. This workshop is enjoyable and meaningful for youth and adults. No art skills experience is necessary, just an open mind to learn and play. The session is facilitated by a certified IEATA Creative Wellness Service Initiative guide. Using the Expressive Arts approach, these non-clinical workshops are focused on therapeutic presence where participants can create art that encourages resilience, wellness and self-care. Watercolour and Acrylic Ink will be used.
