Evelyn Caro is a GOLDEN Artist Educator and mixed media artist, who focuses her practice on experimentation with acrylics and mixed media techniques. She focuses on creating organic, abstract paintings; as a teacher, she enjoys introducing new techniques and mediums to both the beginner and intermediate painters. Evelyn studied at the University of Alberta (Edmonton), majoring in painting; furthermore, she possesses many years of working experience in the art supply industry, which nurtured a “hands-on” sensibility regarding her use of art materials. Evelyn’s formal training coupled with her love of artist supplies makes her a progressive and knowledgeable artist.
